Edition 32 is in effect until the end of the Spring 2021 NYSSMA Festival Season (June 2021). The NYSSMA Manual contains repertoire lists of instrumental and vocal music for solo and ensemble performance. It does not contain printed music. Each list is broken down into six levels of difficulty. The Manual also includes all of the Rules and Regulations as well as scale and sight-reading requirements for all NYSSMA-sanctioned evaluation festivals. The purpose of the NYSSMA Manual is for music teachers to use it as a guide in the preparation of their students for NYSSMA festivals.
