I would max rabies, summon wolf, direwolf( which synergizes with rabies with 20% poison dmg per lvl), max grizzley, max poison vine( also rabies synergy), one hard point into WW, 20 or more into Lycan, one into Feral, 20 into Hoto, one hard into HOW. And with modifiers, jewels etc you could be dealing close to 50 - 60k rabies dmg or more on top of your summon's dmg.I have a lvl 90 werewolf in vanilla Diablo 2 with close to the same amount of skill enhancers and everything as you and i do like 30 - 45k rabies dmg and that's not even including all the added skill mods you get in POD.
