I have a zenphone2 4gig. I was able to install the pc interface in my laptop and also another desktop (with the same configuration as the one I am having problem with). I have issues in loading the zen pc suite.

Sep 14, 2015  connect Mobile to pc; open my computer/double click asus zenui pc suite drive. But there is not asus zenui pc suite drive or anthing else in my computer. However mobile and PC both conected with original USB cable and bothe have internet connection. Can anyone help me to solve this issue.
